Week of roadworks begin on Brighton seafront

A weeks worth of roadworks has begun today as one of the city’s busiest roads.

The A259 at Ovingdean will be completely refurbished with council chiefs warning drivers to expect big delays.

But as James Dunham reports, things so far were running smoothly.
