Mark Thomas – Trespass

Mark Thomas demonstrates yet again why he is the pied piper of subversive mischief and that important voice at the back of the mind that asks: ‘why?’

A show of two halves, the first saw Thomas providing his own warm up – jubilant at the news of Corbyn’s appointment and supplying gleeful updates on last year’s show ‘100 Acts Of Minor Dissent’. The second half was the show ‘Trespass’ proper, challenging the creeping corporate ownership of city walkways with his signature performance art and all-encompassing storytelling. A wonderful combination of meaningful thought-provocation with incredibly well-crafted comical stories, this is an enticing call to arms from the veteran satirist.
