Plans to bring Uber to Brighton stall as licensing committee discuss rollout

Plans for a taxi revolution stalled today – as the case was heard by councillors..

Operator Uber wants to offer it’s alternative to the licensed cab on the streets of Brighton and Hove.

But some claim the company is unsafe – and operate outside the law.
