Meet the stars of TV & film at Film & Comic Con Brighton

O n Saturday 7th – Sunday 8th November 2015 Showmasters will be hosting its first event in Brighton, at the Hilton Brighton Metropole. With over 40 celebrity guests signing autographs and partaking in photo sessions and other activities across the weekend, this event should definitely not be missed – so make sure you add it to your calendar!
A huge variety of guests will be joining us across the weekend to meet the fans, including John Hurt; best known for his role of Kane in Alien, Carl Weathers aka Apollo Creed in Rocky, Buffy fan favourite James Marsters, Jenette Goldstein who portrays Vasquez in Aliens, Battlestar Galactica’s Leah Cairns, legendary horror director George A. Romero and many more big names from your favourite movies and TV shows.
Doctor Who fans are in for a treat, with Samuel Anderson, Colin Baker, Peter Purves, Sophie Aldred, Alan Ruscoe, John Lesson and first time Showmasters guest Simon Callow all in attendance across the weekend.
Wrestlers Shane Douglas, Terri Runnels, Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch and Lady Blossom will also be at the event, along with wrestling journalist and photographer Bill Apter.

Comics play an important role at our Film & Comic Con events, so we haven’t disappointed with our guests on this front, which include Transformers artists Stephen Baskerville and Lee Sullivan, Joe Benitez; writer and artist best known for Lady Mechanika, Game of Thrones storyboard artist Will Simpson, Star Wars writer John Wagner and many more!IMG_5337
Other attractions include a huge exhibitors area with specialist companies from around Europe selling a wide range of merchandise and memorabilia from the greatest classic films ever made, toys, autographs, movies, comics and enough memorabilia to completely fill any teenage boy’s bedroom or trendy adult’s den. Everything in fact to keep the big kid in all of us happy!
Once again there will be the opportunity to have a professional photograph taken with some of the celebrities, giving you the chance to have an extra special keepsake to take home and make your friends jealous! Tickets for all of the photo sessions will be available to buy online or at the Film & Comic Con Brighton sales desk at the event.
Film & Comic Con Brighton is not just an excellent weekend out… it’s an essential one!
