Festival Of The Spoken Nerd – Just For Graphs

I thought Brighton was supposed to be the coolest city in Britain? It is also full of nerds who emerged to enjoy this hilarious show. Maybe nerdiness is the new cool? Somewhere between Dave Gorman and The Big Bang Theory lies nerd-Heaven. This thought might actually be translated into a Venn diagram by internet sensation mathematician Matt Parker (not the South Park supremo), ‘fire-man’ Steve ‘danger’ Mould and geeky songstress Helen Arney. They celebrate graphs, sound waves and other boffin stuff, with slick technical support, fiery illustrations and even science-related songs. School was never this enjoyable.
