Drug use on the rise, anti-social behaviour up in Hanover

Dirty needles, bloody tissues and anti-social behaviour – these, just some of the day to day issues being faced by residents in one part of Hanover.

Locals are putting a rise in the incidents outside their homes down to improvements at The Level.
