As Branch Partner, Dominic has the responsibility for the day to day running of the business. He has over 20 years’ experience in estate agency & prides himself on offering a friendly and professional service, with a focus on delivering the best customer satisfaction to all clients.
Katie Noonan, Assistant Manager
With a strong emphasis on customer service, Katie’s 7 years’ experience with Fox & Sons allows her to have a flexible role in the office. Katie advises on all aspects of negotiations, provides feedback & service reviews to clients & drives the enthusiastic sales team who book viewings & negotiate offers.
Ben Heasman, Residential Sales Manager
Ben has 8 years’ career Estate Agency experience. His extensive knowledge of the area, prices & clientele has gained him recognition for being the company’s best lister in Sussex. Ben’s main role is conducting the vast majority of the market appraisals & advising clients on the best marketing strategy for their property.
Elisa Stoner, Negotiator
Front office negotiator offering friendly & helpful advice to prospective buyers, pairing them to their perfect home. Elisa’s enthusiasm & hard work has seen her promoted to the front desk where she can meet & greet all future home-movers.
James Elvin, Mortgage Consultant
James is an experienced mortgage consultant, with 8 years worth of knowledge. James is fully qualified within the industry.
Charles Lawrence, Viewing Guide
Charlie is born & bred in Brighton. As a viewing guide his main role is to accompany all prospective buyers on their viewings. He offers extensive knowledge of the local area enabling him to recommend suitable properties to clients across the city.
Sarah Kerpel, Senior Negotiator
Sarah has over 4 years’ experience with the estate agency industry with Fox & Sons, dealing with client’s, viewings, offers, sales progression and marketing.
Jack Edwards, Mortgage Services Manager
Jack has 8 years’ experience within Fox & Sons having trained as a mortgage advisor & been promoted up to Mortgage Services Manager.
