Brighton man in hospital after knife fight in historic square
A man was stabbed multiple times after a fight in one of Brighton’s historic squares.
The incident happened in Regency Square, Brighton, in the early hours of Saturday.
The victim, a 26-year-old man from Brighton, suffered multiple stab wounds and was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
The suspect is believed to have run off down the west side of Regency Square towards the seafront.
Police say he is described as a white man, thought to be in his twenties, about 5′ 7″ and of slim build with brown hair.
