Hundreds protest against closure of University of Brighton’s Hastings campus

Hundreds of students and lecturers took to the city’s streets today for a protest over the closure of a university campus.

The Univeristy of Brighton wants to withdraw from it’s base in Hastings.

It claims that not enough students are attracted to the town.

But campaigners today marched from The Level to the university’s Moulsecoomb campus calling for the move to be reversed.
