So Mr Hinton has declared his interests as a director of Regency Management Company Limited, a property management company? A co-director of Regency Management Company Limited happens to be Michael Holland the well-known millionaire property developer and director of, amongst others, Cherrywood Investments Contractors Limited (Nature of Business: Construction of domestic and commercial buildings) . Mr Holland is also awaiting Crown Court trial this month for the unlawful killing of a site foreman, as well as breaches of health and safety law.
