Newton Falkner

On the last day of his new album tour Newton Faulkner treated an audience of loyal fans to a celebration of what he does best: meaningful lyrics, expressive vocals and ultimately, imaginative guitar technique. The well-crafted set list showcased Newton’s wide-ranging musical talent.

He began with intimate, stripped-back pieces that captivated the crowd, then built energy with his unique percussive style, live-looping and electro sound effects. This created exciting multi-part arrangements and the build-up of layers added depth to the solo show. After the high-energy pop segment, Newton finished with a medley of crowd-pleasers including some of his biggest hits and a fun cover or two.
