Experts and council chiefs clash over £200 million estimate for Brighton seafront arches repairs

Earlier this week we brought you the news that experts disputed the 200 million pound bill to refurbish the city’s seafront arches.

Parts of the iconic Victorian structure have been closed for a year now for being safety reasons.

So will these arches ever be brought back into use?
