Sussex landowner in hot water for felling protected woodland round Pondtail Wood

Now, a Sussex landowner is in hot water – after felling part of a protected wood and putting hardcore on top of the soil.

Campaigners are now calling for more to be done to prevent similar incidents to Pondtail Wood being repeated.
