Plans to replace Brighton’s ugliest building revealed
Plans to finally revamp the city’s ugliest building have been revealed.
More than 30 planning applications have been submitted to revamp the derelict Anston House in Preston Road.
Developers First Base have now unveiled their detailed plans – which include creating business space for up to 280 entrepreneurs.
The ground-floor workspace would be below 229 homes in the 12 storey high development.
Plans are expected to be formally submitted next month.
