MP gives Southern till end of September to improve – or face losing franchise

East Worthing and Shoreham MP Tim Loughton has given Southern until the end of September to get it’s service back on track – or face being stripped of it’s franchise.

It comes after a debate between MPs in Westminster after weeks of cancelled services on the railways.
