NEWS: Concern as public funding for HIV services in Brighton and Hove cut by 20pc

Brighton and Hove City Council has announced it will reduce the public funding to HIV services by 20pc.

The local authority claims the drop will mean it will save money will maintaining a good service.

But critics have concerns – especially as the city has one of the highest rates in the UK.
