Comedy – Victoria Nangle: Wild and wonderful
This week sees Worthing offering all kinds of comedy delights. Friday night welcomes Jimmy Carr to the Assembly Hall there, pulling together the best bits from nine sold-out tours into one golden show – with some brand new material thrown in there to keep him on his toes. Widely acknowledged as a fantastic live performer and joke-crafter, this promises much guaranteed laughter from the sharp-tongued gagmeister.
Saturday night in Worthing offers a different kind of comedy show from funnyman magician Pete Firman. Being the go-to man for television magic, as well as having a decade of live shows under his belt, his quick wit and quirky ideas have seen him become an international favourite.
And if you’re looking ahead for something completely different, mark the recording of popular podcast The Elis James and John Robins Experience in your diary. Banter, features and the knowledge someone else will be listening out for your laughter.
