“The Peddling Pervert” strikes again.
The suspect has been described as riding a red and white bike (not this bike)
The rogue cyclist dubbed the “The Peddling Pervert” has sexually assaulted at least 16 women in the last month.
The cyclist’s modus operandi involves grabbing women’s buttocks before riding away.
Most reports describe him as white, with tanned skin, aged between 20 and 30, of average build, with dark hair and wearing a hooded top with the hood pulled up.
It seems no one is safe as the incidents are not confined to any one area in the city – as reports are flooding in from new church road to kemptown.
Police have issued a third appeal for any information that could lead to the capture of the wheeled weirdo.
