Right Sequence: Jason Howes to drive Fox & Sons Land & New Homes growth

Jason Howes, Regional Director for Land & New Homes at Barnard Marcus, has extended his role to spearhead the growth of Fox & Sons Land & New Homes division in Sussex. Barnard Marcus and Fox & Sons are both part of the Sequence UK network and in his new position, Jason is charged with developing both the business and team to become a driving force for land and new homes in Sussex. Jason also retains his current role at Barnard Marcus.

Jason, who has over 25 years’ estate agency experience, has grown and developed the Barnard Marcus Land & New Homes division to become amongst the most successful within the Sequence network. Since joining the business in 2008 with two full time and two part time staff, Jason now manages a team of 21 and has increased Barnard Marcus’ profits fivefold. Currently, Barnard Marcus Land & New Homes is instructed on more than 50 sole agency new homes sites and, in his new role, Jason will be extending his substantial expertise to replicate this success in Sussex under the Fox & Sons brand.

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to Fox & Sons’ growing success and in a position that complements my current role at Barnard Marcus,” says Jason. “Sussex is a strong market and we see more and more buyers coming out of London seeking a higher standard of living in this locality. We will be looking to increase our developer client list to service this demand and with the aim of providing the most complete and comprehensive land and new homes package for even more developer customers. This includes assisting those developers that may be seeking off-market land opportunities – small, medium and large – another specialism of ours.”

Sequence Land & New Homes offers a unique service that blends specialist new homes sales management via dedicated new homes departments with powerful sales teams across a national network of branches. Jason’s appointment will now incorporate 26 Fox & Sons branches locally in Sussex under his ‘patch’ which already consists of 43 Barnard Marcus branches in London.
