Brighton2Paris Bike Ride Challenge gets underway

Now this morning a host of brightonians, including the city’s Mayor, Pete West were on Brighton Seafront to begin their gruelling Brighton to Paris bike ride challenge. The cycle challenge is all in aid of the Mayor’s 27 charities as well as the Army Benevolent Fund.
The group of riders took to the road at 6:30 this morning to ride to Newhaven before catching the boat to France. Our reporter William Ranieri was there to talk to the riders before they set off.
