Kate Nash – Made of Bricks 10th Anniversary Tour

This was Kate Nash’s second visit to Brighton this year and she was back with a bang. The sold out gig was high energy from the onset, the raucous crowd sang their hearts out to all her hits off the album from Dickhead to the smash hit Foundations. Nash has grown into her own skin as a true artist over the last 10 years, now a confident vibrant performer who knows how to connect with her audience. Songs from the platinum selling debut album were delivered in a fresh new way but still retained their true essence. Her three piece all girl backing band delivered a faultless high octane performance throughout. The sound was clear, lighting spot on and the set was small but the intimacy of the venue allowed Nash to really connect with her army of loyal fans and made each and everyone feel part of the show.
