Luxury tax baffles Brighton

The luxury tax on tampons has faced petitions for years as many question the classification of something they view as a necessity.

Now several supermarkets across the country are playing their role in helping to avoid those taxes.

The Co-op, Waitrose and Morisons are some of those dropping the prices of their sanitary products by the value of that luxury tax.
