Brighton-based duo Nordic Giants’ are well named indeed. Their creative vision, soundscapes and performances are epic! Deftly combining filmic score with art house cinema to create a set both bleak and beautiful, melancholic and euphoric, duality balanced on a knife edge. Their grasp and deployment of dynamics is simply breathtaking. Building, releasing and restraining their outpouring of evocative and otherworldly music to great effect in their nuanced compositions. A very powerful experience.
