My Fair Lady

The Eastbourne Operatic and Dramatic Society’s production of My Fair Lady was full of heart, energy, superb acting, costumes, singing, and dancing. Always a crowd-pleaser, My Fair Lady follows the challenge of Henry Higgins in transforming flower-seller Eliza Doolittle into a well-bred lady through the science of speech. The leads were marvellous, with a talented supporting cast and live orchestra. The show had so much energy and all involved looked to be enjoying themselves. As did the audience as we joined in with such well-loved songs as ‘I Could Have Danced All Night’ and ‘I’m Getting Married In The Morning’. Great evening.
