Saucing up the City: BeFries’ dips are up for grabs

The menus on offer in Brighton’s restaurants cover an eclectic mix of world wide cuisine and specialized produce.

But one of the cities most popular outlets only use 1 vegetable, and a lot of sauce.

Since their doors swung open, the city centre chip shop has seen that community demand their dips.

And Chan from BeFries believes that a lot of their success here is a result of the community spirit present in Brighton’s food scene.
