Needles and a rotten stench: Pavilion Garden toilets shock Brighton’s visitors

The Pavilion garden toilets have been slammed for their poor hygiene and maintenance.

Drug paraphernalia is frequently found in them and tourists have reported their shock, while residents are embarrassed at their state.
