£100M plans for Madeira Terrace Brighton

A crowdfunding campaign to restore the first three of the 152 arches of the decaying Madeira Terrace raised almost half a million pounds but the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) still turned down the council’s bid for further £4 M.
