The Sea Life Brighton in new refurbishment for Ocean display

The Sea Life Centre in Brighton, the oldest operating aquarium in the world, with Grade II listed heritage, will soon undertake the last phase of the on-going refurbishment started in 2011 and costing so far over £4m.
The remaining £2.6 M will be used for the already fantastic Ocean display.
The display will be shut while Soho House will be built on the top, not as part of the aquarium. Sharks, rays and turtles will be temporarily relocated while their new home will be improved and ready by spring next year.
Fear not, because for the rest of the aquarium it is business as usual with some new developments, but let’s hear more from the General Manager of the aquarium Max Leviston.
