Non-Stop to Neverland

JM Barrie’s classic Peter Pan – a magical adventure for the whole family – comes to vibrant life this Christmas in Brighton with a sprinkle of fairy dust and plenty of surprises

Peter and Tinkerbell invite you to the unbelievable, magical world of Neverland, along with Wendy and the Darling family, of course! It’s a place where lost boys run riot, pirates are in fine voice, crocodiles go tick-tock, and the villain has a very shiny hook!

After a scorching hot summer at Brighton Open Air Theatre with productions including Robin Hood, The Importance of Being Earnest, and Swallows & Amazons, JW Productions are thrilled to be returning to the Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts after the circus filled extravaganza last Christmas, The Amazing Adventures of Pinocchio.
But what does this second year performance promise? Director James Weisz says: “Having a year under our belts, and six years of incredible experiences (James brought panto back to Brighton in 2013) we are bringing back our knowledge and the fantastic experiences we’ve had during the summer to create a feelgood evening for the whole family. Peter Pan is a very well known and well loved classic and Patric Kearns and I have enjoyed bringing new life to it, including fantastic songs!”

Guaranteed to be a must-see for everyone looking for a huge helping of festive cheer, a sprinkle of magic and plenty of laughs

Introducing Jayson Exley as Pan, the show also stars Carly Day as Wendy, and Charlotte Melissa Tyler as Tiger Lily, Patric Kearns as Smee, Mikey Wooster as Hook, and Pip Henderson as Starkey, and Sussex school children as The Darlings, Tinkerbell, The Lost Gang and Neverland Warriors. “This is a superb celebration of local talent, on and off the stage. Our designers, stage crew and costume makers are all Sussex-based”, adds James.

Peter Pan guarantees to be a must-see for everyone looking for a huge helping of festive cheer, a sprinkle of magic and plenty of laughs to keep you all chuckling on the way home. Go see Peter Pan at the Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts this Christmas!
