Exclusive: Council lead for homelessness says numbers are dropping

Clare Moonan, the council lead for adult social care, came to Latest TV to talk about the decline in the number of homeless people in Brighton and Hove. She also outlined the council’s plans for helping those sleeping rough during the cold winter months.
