Crackdown on graffiti in the city

Graffiti has been a contentious issue in the city for years. Some of it is viewed as art, some of it is seen as vandalism. But one city councillor is planning on cracking down on the graffiti known as ‘tagging.’ Mark Walker sat down with Councillor Gill Mitchell to talk about the council plan.
