The spotlight is back on tackling food waste in Brighton

Food waste is becoming an increasing issue both locally and nationally and an initiative in Brighton has launched a campaign to encourage people to cook with food that has passed it’s ‘sell-by date’. Mark Walker sat down with the founders of ‘Bin Cooking’ to find out more.
