The decision for the taxi hailing service, Uber, to be granted a licence to trade again in the City has caused more controversy. Mark Walker sat down with the Labour Councillor and Chair of the Licencing Committee, Jackie O’Quinn, to get her views on the decision and the problems with licencing the service in the past.
