Pubs across the nation are closing at an alarming rate and The Great Eastern is the latest under threat!

The UK is seeing more and more closures of pubs with as many as 18 a week biting the dust across the country. Here in Brighton we have seen massive changes in the pub scene with places being taken over by community groups, chains changing not only the names but the nature of how a pub functions and some simply disappearing and being converted to housing.
