Phase three of the Valley gardens project continues to raise concerns

Few planning issues have raised as much controversy as those set out in the Valley Gardens project which will see massive changes to traffic flow through the centre of the city. Councillor Joe Miller met Mark Walker in the studio for an update. Mark also confronted him about the chaos created by North Street being the main artery for all of our local bus services and the congestion that causes.
