Controversy over Valley Gardens Phase 3 Continues

In a meeting held in central Brighton, a wide number of residents, business and tourism leaders, public sector organisations and councillors met to discuss their concerns over Valley Gardens Phase 3. Bill Smith spoke to some of the members of the Valley Gardens Forum to find out their objections to the proposed design and the alternatives put forward.
