Cllr Vanessa Brown talks about the new housing development at Toads Hole Valley

Toads Hole Valley is a major housing development which is due to be built in the Goldstone Valley area of Hove, providing over 850 much needed new homes. Earlier today, Mark Walker sat down with the Conservative Councillor for the Hove Park Ward, Vanessa Brown to get her views on the plans.
