Respiratory health concerns over Valley Gardens plans

Phase Three of the Valley Gardens redevelopment project has proved to be controversial. The Valley Gardens Forum has been very vocal in its opposition to parts of the proposals and Bill Smith caught up first with Gary Farmer from Brighton Language Centre, and then with Chris Todd from Brighton and Hove Friends of the Earth and Daniel Nathan from the Forum to assess the latest developments particularly around concerns that increased traffic congestion may have on the health of the local population.
