The Pride Party is staying in the St James’s Street area 

Attempts by the Kingscliffe Society to move the Pride Party, part of the Pride Celebrations in the first week of August, have failed after Sussex Police and Brighton and Hove City Council decided that the Party was best held in the St James’s Street area. Safety considerations were put first, as well as the overwhelming support from all sections of the local community. Andrew Kay and G Scene Editor, James Ledward pick up the story.
