Moulsecoomb Primary School rated as ‘inadequate’, will they become an Academy?

Moulsecoomb Primary in Brighton has been rated ‘inadequate’ by the regulator OFSTED and issued with an Academy Order by the Department for Education after inspectors published their latest report on the school’s progress. Having spoken to the Green Party Councillor, Elaine Hills, on the issue last week, Mark Walker now gives his own analysis on the future of a vital community asset.
