Ingleside Stables, at the Race Hill in Brighton, and nearby South Downs Riding School have been included in Brighton and Hove City Council’s ten-year development plan. But Councillor Dee Simson has urged Brighton and Hove City Council to stop “chipping away at our heritage”. Development proposals would see the two sites replaced with 45 houses.
