Edible England – Brighton Dome’s Upcoming Heritage Open Day with a Culinary Slant!

Latest TV Presenter Andrew Kay caught up with Kyla Booth-Lucking, Director of Programming and Participation for Brighton Dome, to find out about the upcoming Heritage Open Day on Sunday the 19th of September. Talking about the meaning behind this years theme of ‘Edible England’, as well as the Dome and Pavilions history with food, from hidden kitchens to what was served to Indian soldiers who were recuperating at the Dome during the First World War.
