DOCTOR DOCTOR, I THINK I’S A THEATRE FAN…

A medical theme this week with two great shows. First up Adam Kay is bringing his national tour of This is Going to Hurt… More to the Brighton Centre this autumn. The show is based on his forthcoming book Undoctored: The Story of a Medic Who Ran Out of Patients and is bound to be as funny as ever and moving too as it paints the true story of life as a junior doctor.

Calendar Girls the musical is based on the real life story of a feisty bunch of Yorkshire women who stripped off to raise money to celebrate the life of a husband lost to cancer. Brighton and Hove Operatic Society have a great reputation for quality productions and this promises to be as good as ever.
