Nataliya Valda speaks to Mark Carter about the success of the First Ukrainian International Film Festival

We are proud to host the first Ukrainian International Film Festival here at Latest Music Bar from 18th January.

The festival has been running for 7 days so far, with the first 6 days at Latest Music Bar selling out  and 3 days at The Ropetackle Arts Centre in Shoreham going ahead this week.

We’ve been working closely with Hromadske TV in Ukraine since the start of the war, broadcasting weekly across many of the local TV channels, and many of you will have seen the footage, much of which can be found here.

This has led to cultural links and we are very proud now to bring this major festival, The Ukraine International Film Festival to Brighton and Hove and hopefully to many of the other cities in the local television network.
