It’s official, Panto is no longer just for Christmas.

Rapunzel, the tangled hairy tale has arrived at Eastbourne’s Devonshire Park Theatre for the Easter holidays, and what a hoot it is.

Tom Swift as Joey the Jester leads a small yet energetic cast through all of the traditional Panto nonsense whilst adding new stuff including some proper magic and a really silly hilarious boombox sketch, which the kids love. Tom gets another nod as he wrote the show, which keeps all generations entertained.

The overall production is slick, bright and professional, resulting in a thoroughly entertaining couple of hours, oh yes it was.

Rapunzel, Devonshire Park Theatre, Eastbourne runs until Sunday 7th April.
