Andrew Kay meets Judy Stevens, Festival Director of Artists Open Houses

It’s May time and the Artists Open Houses is in full swing across Brighton & Hove, the festival that everyone enjoys pounding the streets for, entering residents’ homes to view wonderful art, being able to buy the art on display and speak to the artists. Andrew Kay from Latest TV caught up with Judy Stevens, the Festival Director to find out more about this year’s festival.
