Two Kilos by Mohsin Sha
The story of Atif, a young Middle Eastern man facing a difficult task: to leave his sister and embark on an uncertain journey to the west, in search for better opportunities to help his sick mother. As he boards the container that will illegally get him to his destination, Atif faces a hard decision: being able to only take two kilos of luggage, he must decide whether he will carry the thermos filled with water his sister insisted would ensure his survival, or his father´s old jacket, the only thing that would help him feel close to his family in the toughest of times.
