Employers in the city alongside Brighton & Hove City Council have combined to change the way work experience is offered to young people and people seeking work so that employability skills are improved. The initiative known as the Business Pre-Employment Forum is led by Jason Mannix from Brighton Palace Pier and Cllr Ty Goddard who leads on Economic Development for the city. We spoke to those involved.
