New Mayor Amanda Grimshaw unveils her chosen charities

Latest TV caught up with new Madam Mayor, Amanda Grimshaw, a passionate advocate for the city, and also keen historian, who has already contributed significantly to the city through her research on the Battle of Boar’s Head, ensuring the men who died are comemorated for the future. Amanda talks to us about her 4 chosen charities: Allsorts, Sea Cadets, Brighton Women’s Centre and Rockinghorse. It’s always a privilege to look round the Mayor’s Parlour which holds many civic treasures including the royal seal marking Brighton & Hove as a city in 2001.
