The Lalique mascot display during The Brighton Festival month of may went down very well. It was a shame that due to ‘health & safety’ reasons also children running about! … that the display case containing the mascots was not allowed to be place on the raised stand. However, the book stand with the books, catalogues, leaflets and flyers was in a good position. Also to note for the future that the public liablity insurance was quite acceptable but third-party insurance of up to £1 million was excessive!
